Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds will be considered and processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.

Users are responsible for managing their subscription renewal or cancellation prior to the next billing cycle (where applicable).
